
This studio operates with intention, structure, and mutual respect. In order to protect both your appointment time and the sustainability of the business, the following policies are in place.
Booking An Appointment

Please read the POLICIES tab before booking. Appointments can be made via online booking, email, phone call, or social media messages @LuxxByLisa.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is 50% of your appointment cost and goes toward your service total.

Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

Once an appointment has been confirmed and accepted, that means that you have agreed to all the policies.

Once you have booked your appointment, please wait until you receive an email/text that the appointment has been accepted.

A confirmation email/text will be sent out 48 hours prior to the appointment. In this email, you must confirm your presence and lets me know you will be 100% at your appointment.

Reminder emails and texts will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment.

All new clients will fill out a client consent and intake form prior to your appointment which we will go over at your appointment.
Deposits,
Cards on File,
& Gift Cards

A valid debit or credit card is required on file when booking an appointment.

Your card will only be charged if:

An appointment is cancelled within the cancellation window

A no-show occurs

There is an outstanding balance after your service

Cards are stored securely through our booking system and are never manually saved.

This allows the studio to operate smoothly while ensuring fairness for all clients.

Your appointment time is not secured until the deposit has been received.

Luxx By Lisa values clarity and professionalism. There are no hidden fees only structure that allows the experience to remain calm, elevated, and consistent.

Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment.

All pricing is listed clearly at the time of booking. Please review service descriptions carefully before confirming your appointment.

If you would like to add additional services during your visit, we will always confirm pricing with you before proceeding.

In the event of an unpaid balance, the card on file may be charged to settle the remaining amount.

Future bookings may be restricted until balances are cleared.

Pricing is subject to change at any time as the business grows, materials increase, or services expand.

However, any changes will always be communicated respectfully and transparently.
At Your
Appointment

To ensure your visit is smooth and relaxed, please review the following:

Street parking is available Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM for a fee. Parking is free after 5:30 PM and on Sundays.

Paid parking is also available nearby. If you choose this option, please send your license plate number and the parking sign number (204XXX) you are parked near, and I will happily cover it for you.

Once you arrive, please message or call me so I can let you into the building, as the front doors remain locked.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Masks are recommended if you are experiencing mild symptoms but feel well enough to attend.

Your comfort and safety ,as well as that of other clients, is always a priority.

This is a private, appointment-only studio.
-
If you plan to bring a guest, please notify me in advance so I can confirm whether the space can accommodate them.

At times, the studio may also be shared with another aesthetician and their clients.
Lates,
Cancelations,

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policies are in place:

Please arrive on time, as appointments are often scheduled back-to-back.

If you are running late, kindly send a message as soon as possible.
-
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the card on file may be charged according to the cancellation policy.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
You will receive both a confirmation email and a reminder email prior to your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the card on file will be charged.

Rescheduling is permitted once within the appropriate notice period. Repeated rescheduling over an extended period may result in booking restrictions.
